19:29:01	 From  Barbara Petrocelli : I totally get it that the EBSF programs boats are beat and buy it that they need fixing/replacement, but unclear why the  club own responsibility to help replace them. Can we zoom out to  the question of the EBSF’s financial solvency and ability to solve this on their own.
EDSF does drive some new membership for us . But a lot of our membership comes from other places - family connections, boaters who move to Bristol. I still come back to the idea that they need to be largely financially self sufficient with some contribution from his. But we can not be their life line. They need to own that. I don’t want our club to become their financial plan.
